Troy LeatherburyFrom 12 year old athletes to 65 year old golfers reaching for pars, Troy Leatherbury offers personal fitness training for people of all ages and levels. He discovered the power of fitness at an early age and got hooked on the “feel good” possibilities that came from a good workout. From endurance training to weightlifting, he wanted to push himself harder. So much so, he collected every issue of Muscle and Fitness Magazine through the 90’s. Now, he focuses on crafting an individual approach to adult fitness training and he continues his work with youth basketball players.

Troy’s served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach and Assistant Head Coach at both Abington and Cheltenham High Schools. Cheltenham H.S. – 2007-2008 and Abington H.S. – 2009. He also served as Head Coach for the 8th grade boys’ basketball and Rise Academy, a H.S. Preparatory Basketball Program.

Troy holds the highest level of personal fitness certifications possible including:

  • NSCA Personal Fitness Training Cert.
  • ACE Personal Fitness Training Cert.
  • AAAIISMA Personal Fitness Training Cert.

He has the ability to put a program together from sports specific training to healthy lifestyles. He focuses on the workout and nutrition plan that fits your needs and body type so you see results fast.

Antwone Rodgers / Personal Trainer

Antwone Rodgers is dynamic trainer who brings collegiate and professional sports experience to the table. Smart, athletic and all round nice guy, he is warm and fuzzy on the outside, but he is a kick ass trainer on the inside. Just come to a boot camp and see him in action. Born and raised in Philly area, Antwone want to Abington HS and La Salle University. In addition to being a personal trainer, he also has a BA in business management and marketing. Antwone is ideal trainer for athletes who want to take it to the next level. In his spare time, you can find him somewhere on the globe travelling. His next dream destination is Dubai!

Scott Rubin / Manager-Personal Trainer

Scott Rubin has been a personal trainer since 2001.  He has experience working with multiple groups of people, from athletes to people just starting a workout program.  He played all kinds of sports growing up so he has seen first hand how important fitness can be.

Scott grew up in Philadelphia, went to George Washington High School and then Penn State University. He has experience working with the military as a trainer at the Navy MWR Fitness Center.  There Scott trained civilian employees and military personnel.  He ran fitness boot camps and was in charge of the Navy FEP program (Fitness Enhancement Program).  He helped get the sailors fit and ready to start their tour of duty.

Scott believes in living the healthy lifestyle and fitness is a huge part of that lifestyle.    From functional training to sport specific training, Scott can help you achieve whatever goals you are aiming for.  Scott has a personal training certification from AFFA and is also a certified NOFFS (Navy Operational Fitness & Fueling System) trainer.
